Dear Sirs:

I cannot say enough about those two men you sent over to repair my
fence. They came on time with smiles on their faces (what a way to
start a day) and in the pouring rain. They answered every question I
had not only with an answer, but an explanation as to why.

How they did what they did in that rain made it look so much better is
beyond me. They truly represent your company with class and
professionalism. From the girl who answered the phone (she just
makes you want to do business with you people.) Your workers make
you know you made the right choice. My house was hit by the tornado
on July 21; we had 6 trees on our house. We have been dealing with
contractors and excuses and as of today’s date August 27, work is now
just starting, the only thing that has been done is our fence and why?
Because I called Ron Forest & Son’s on August 24 and asked if you
could fix my fence and on August 25 in the rain you came, you
delivered and left and I honestly believe that’s why my house is
starting to be repaired. You put the so-called professionals to shame.
